These terms apply to your use of the Little Menace app. By using the app, you agree to them. They sit alongside Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; if the two conflict about your licence to use the app, Apple's agreement applies.

Your gremlin and points

Little Menace is a game for personal entertainment. Points, levels, stamps, discoveries and in-game items have no real-world value. They can't be sold, exchanged or redeemed for money or anything else. We may adjust how points are earned or lost to keep the game fair and fun.

Purchases

Optional collections, such as Midnight Snack, are one-time purchases made through Apple and tied to your Apple Account. You can restore them from Settings on any device using the same account. Payments, refunds and Family Sharing are handled by Apple under its terms; to request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your progress

Your game is stored only on your device. If you delete the app, use Start Over, or lose your device without a backup, your progress can't be recovered by us. Purchases are not affected and can be restored.

Fair use

Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or these terms.

Ownership

The gremlin, artwork, animations, sounds, writing and the app itself belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. Using the app doesn't give you ownership of any of it.

Changes and availability

We may update the app, add or remove features, or stop offering it. If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
